IS MY DONATION TAX DEDUCTIBLE?

No. All donations are not tax deductible at this time.

CAN I APPLY FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE?

Not yet. After Marika is secured for Sadie we plan to continue raising funds to help others. Join our mailing list to stay in the loop. We hope to be able to offer assistance in 2023 by the end of the year.

IS YOUR ORGANIZATION TRANSPARENT?

We will maintain confidentiality about SA survivor stories and sensitive personal information.

What percentage of funds are spent on administrative or other costs?

100% of administrative, fundraising or any other costs are donated and/or volunteer-based at this time. All money donated for Sadie and Marika is sent to Krista Wade of Happy Valley Kennel. After Marika and all training costs are covered DogsforSAsurvivors will officially transition into a foundation model. At that time we will announce board members and ongoing policies and practices for funds collected.
